I wandered over her from the pioneer woman’s website and just love you and your family!!

  • Kerry

Me too. I found you from Pioneer Woman and you have been added to my favorites. Looking at your blog made me smile and laugh out loud several times in 5 minutes.

  • AngelnCamo

Just think…when y’all dance, you are smiling…much different than the forced smiles of agony and defeat (or is it d’feet) on Dancing With the Stars.

I am a Pioneer Woman wanderer too…You all are too sweet! I was laughing out loud Ms. Fergie…you go girl! To quote Aronld S…I’ll Be Back…

  • Just found you through Pioneer Woman…..oh my do I love your site! I’m putting it on my blog….hope you don’t mind.

I found this also through Pioneer Woman, probably the most popular blogsite….ever. I love your blog. I don’t have time to read these very often. Maybe every three weeks I get caught up on my favorite blogs. I am a mother of 8 children ages; 31-9. (Yes, by the same man, one at a time, on purpose) Life is simple, I only have 3 children left at home, all boys ages;15,11 and 9. I am in my 23rd year of home schooling. I work twice a week as a labor and delivery nurse and am in an education program to become a Certified Professional Midwife. I just taught a class at church on canning meat and using dried beans to 30 ladies. I never stop moving. Maybe I should start a blog, if I could find the time somewhere….so much to do, so little time. I love your dancing. It is fun. You seem like you’d be a fun neighbor. Hey, we are! You live in Kansas and I live on 38 acres in Missouri! Hey, neighbor.

  • OMGosh! you have a section about you guys dancing. insta-faves! yay!

These videos are some of your best work!

  • My daughter and I have laughted so hard until we are sick, you and your family are just sooooooooooo happy.

  • I just noticed that your youngest is trying desperately to look away while his brother seems to be saying “No, that which doesn’t kill you makes you stronger!” I’m pretty sure that’s what my daughter thinks when we dance.

  • We were foster parents for a while, and our 8 month old was dancing before he could walk. Put on any music and he couldn’t stand still. He seemed especially partial to Ryan Adams, not something I’d usually call “dance music.”
These are only a couple of seconds long, but they warm my heart every time I revisit them.

I love the effect you used for that picture. Did you use a product like those from Topaz to produce that result?

Bless you, April. I just remembered your dance clips and they made me laugh all over again. You have truly improved my day. Hopefully yours will be a better one too!

  • Great stuff. I hope you don’t mind that I linked to your site from my blog.

  • HAHAHAHA! I love your family dance videos!!! Brings back a lot of memories of family talent show nights when I was a kid. I’ve just spent a whole Sunday morning wandering through your blog–and now I have six people to get ready for church! Thanks for the laughs~

    p.s.
I also went through the, “Living Without Series.” My kids have WAY too many clothes. I think I’m going to try some of your suggestions.

  • Time for some more dancing videos!!!
Can only watch the old ones so many times before the tape wears out…
