And some paparazzi to go with it.

Why are you sitting down? Stand up! Hand guns are easier to shoot (at least I think so).
Hmmmmm! Well. She’s got a gun, and just what will be happening with that??? Going hunting? Playing with target practice, falling plates? Looks like a FUN day.
Please don’t link a “new blog post” from twitter. It’s really just a picture with a sentence.
wow! Then don’t follow along on twitter…
It probably took you longer to post a hateful comment than to read one sentence.
Hey! Maybe when you’re “shootin’ at some food, up from the ground will come a bubblin’ crude…”
Then, the next thing y’know, you’ll be a millionaire…
A tiny baby gun. But it’ll be good for when the coons are hitting the hen house at 3am.
Looks like you got you a little .22. Rifle target practice is best done on a bench – for stability – and helps improves the sense of aiming and firing. That’s a good little varmint gun. Have fun!
The only way my Hubby got me to go on our first date was to take me shooting sporting clays!
Even if it is just a photo with a sentence, it made me chuckle which is why I come to your blog, April. You always give me a smile.
you make me laugh………….Glad I stumbled on this blog I’ll come back ya’ll hear!
And just what is the gun going to be used about?
And just what is the gun going to be used for?
I always take a 22 with me on my picnics too. Never know what I can shoot at and it’s good for keeping the kids quiet. I just wave it around and…..crickets…..
Actually…you look sorta hot with a weapon. Cool!
April, very nice. You should try an Appleseed.
I agree with Dayna G. and not Miss Grumpy Pants further up the page 🙂
April, I think there are less drastic ways to get the boys to listen!
Is this for the spiders in the laundry room?
That’s… definitely scary.
Look at you, safety girl, with your ear protection on.
What’s the occasion? Politicians passing through town?
Those pigs will be easier to load now.
I’ve just been watching The Big Bang Theory (worth seeing if you haven’t) and seeing this picture reminds me of the line:
“After the game I’ll take you outside and teach you to shoot close enough to a raccoon that it craps itself.”
cooOol 🙂 When yer on a farm ya need a gun
Good for you!
Women should know how to handle a gun.
You never know when you might have to shoot a varmint.
I’ve never shot sitting down but with bigger guns leaning over the hood of the pickup gives great balance and improves your aim. As soon as a class is available I plan to take a concealed weapons course. Sometimes on a ranch or if you have large animals it’s necessary to put the beat out of it’s misery. Yes, I known a vet will do the same job with less ‘jolt’ but there are times you cannot wait for a vet. On well placed bullet will put an animal down and do it quickly.
We love to shoot skeet.
I’m pretty good with the 12 gauge but I prefer the girl gun…the 410.
GOod for you April.
I’m envious Lori- I got a brand spankin’ new Remington 12ga pump for Christmas last year and have NEVER got to shoot it yet. Irritated the in-laws and now got no place to shoot skeet, unless I want to pay to go to one of those ranges. May have to if I ever want to shoot the doggone thing!!
April – I would appreciate it if you would have at least TWO photos and THREE sentences (with a total of at least thirty six words) BEFORE you tweet a ‘new blog post’.
