Looks delicious! I have had many different kinds of bread pudding, but banana bread pudding is a new one for me.
Can I come over to eat? Looks absolutely delicious!
We had pork roast , black eye peas, collards, and sweet taters. Of course cornbread too. Happy Twenty Ten to ya.
I posted a pic of my New Years dinner on my blog. It was very similar to yours. Black eyed peas, collard greens, and pork chops, along with cornbread muffins. I don’t remember what we had for dessert, so it must not have been as good as that bread pudding looks. Curious as to how you cook your greens.
In the future would you please post a warning on all recipes that contain bananas? They make me gag and now I’m more then a little ill. Sorry and thanks.
