Good for you! Keep it up. I have tried taking classes, but I just never feel comfortable (even in the back). For the last six months I've been walking 5-6 days a week, for about 45 minutes. I like the solitude so much (esp. since that's the only time I get any!).

My husband and I started a kickboxing circuit training thing a few weeks back. Jumping rope is the 1st station and since after having children I can longer jump rope the trainer made me do squats. Squats are also the 2nd station.

The result from doing too many squats is that you can't squat and if you manage to squat, you can't unsquat. I almost got stranded in a public bathroom but was able to pull myself up with the toilet paper holder.

No pain, no gain. Right?

Yeah, whatever.

Remember: Forward is your Salvation!

That's etched in my mind w/horseback riding/jumping.

Do not abandon your goal in the middle, it can be disastrous. For real.

Commit and Go For It!

That being said, smiling can get you out of a many a sticky situation. :)
