The Living Without Series

This is a series of posts that I wrote back in 2006 on living with less stuff. Check them out: liv011Living #2liv031liv04

Peggy in Tn!

Congrats Peggy you got mugged!

I used random.org to choose the winner.

Peggy said, “How fun–a give away! I think we all have a slightly better chance here then we do on PW’s sight. :) Don’t you know if you let your baby drink coffee it will “stunt his growth”. (That’s what my mom used to say and I’m 5′12″ like you lol)”

I promise I didn’t pick Peggy because she’s my height, we just stick out in a crowd, can’t help it.

If you’d like to purchase a Steve Coburn mug for yourself or someone you love you can find them on these sites:

Steve Coburn Pottery

or

The Phoenix Gallery

Mr. Coburn and The Phoenix Gallery did not participate in my give away, nor do they know me.  I just love their stuff and am happy to share it with you.

I knew I should have mentioned my height-75 inches. Yep. Thankfully, dh is a whopping 78 inches.

However, our kiddos are doomed. At 8, 6, 3, and 12 weeks preggers, they are super dooper tall. Even the gestating one measures 5 days big already.

  • Ding Dang Dog-gonit! I didn’t even know you were having a give-a-way! That is what happens when you have to cook for the the Feast after the Feast Party.

Thank you April. I am sure I will enjoy many hot beverages in my fancy new mug. Tall people rule the school. And Bethany, I can top your 78 inches with a brother that is 80 inches and a nephew that is 84 inches. Yes, we are a tall, tall family!

A number of years ago I bought a pottery mug for my husband at a festival in Hannibal, MO. It was his favorite mug. Then a few years later, I accidentally broke it in my pregant clumsiness.

So I bought two of Steve Coburn’s mugs hoping to replace the one I broke. Hope he likes it as much as he did the other one!

    Thanks for the plug April!
