Nobody loves a bbq more than God...you might want to check out the chapters and books that follow Genesis 1. You'll get to know this guy named Adam and when he fell, well so did the garden. I'm pretty sure that when you meet Jesus he'll gently explain to you that he didn't bleed wheat germ to save all the pigs on earth. That guy suffered for you and me, not my hogs that I raise. You are each disgusting. Pigs are Gods creation and maybe they don't want to be tortured and slaughtered so that you can make a buck. You are greedy and foul. In Gensis 1 God loves his new world. A vegetarian world where nuts and plants are to them as meat. No killing no torture just because you can make a dollar doing it. You are closing your eyes and your hearts to God's calling when he expects us to be gentle and loving to all of HIS creation.Imagine God eating one his pigs. Jesus never ate meat why should we?
